Important Booking Tips

• Reserve your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability at preferred hotels.

• Pay attention to room types (king, queen, view, or no view) and any unique features (like shared baths at McMenamin’s Hotel Oregon).

• Some properties have limited availability and unique booking instructions. Follow the provided details carefully.

    NOTE: Pay attention to the room you select if you value your bathroom privacy. All

    rooms have elevator access. Parking is two blocks away north at the corner of 5th

    and Evans. We were unable to arrange a group booking, so first come, first

    serve. We recommend booking online.
