This will be a fun filled tour that's packed with interesting adventures in previously untoured territory.

Highlights are still being selected, but they'll likely include things like visiting Illinois's first state capitol building in Vandalia on our way out of Illinois; Grouseland, William Henry Harrison's home in Terre Haute; the Indiana Military Museum; the Dream Car Museum; the Bluegrass Hall of Fame; staying at the recently restored 1855 West Baden Springs Hotel, the “8th Wonder Of The World”; Jasper Engine, the largest engine and transmission rebuilding company in the world; Spring Mills Pioneer Village; Indiana caves; the Lanier Mansion; Nashville Indiana, a delightful little town in Browne county and the leaf capitol of the US, Cataract Falls, the largest in Indiana; the Parke County covered bridges (and some others as well); staying at Robert Allerton's estate with 22 Chinese Fu dogs (and despite the rumors to the contrary, you do NOT have to sleep with a dog unless you really want to); the Chevy Museum, some Abraham Lincoln sites sprinkled in here and there, the recently renovated Illinois Governor's mansion, the largest in the country; and by popular demand, a tour of the Kennedy Metal plant before the closing banquet at Greenwood Estate.

The tour is through Southern Indiana’s fantastic scenic routes to within a stone’s throw of Ohio and Kentucky.   Perhaps 1500 miles in two adventure after adventure filled weeks, and that include a couple of multiple day “day off” rest stops.  Wonderful Fall weather is guaranteed!!
